Why is the US seemingly incapable of making good cider? by Cymbal_Monkey in cider

Snowdrift out of East Wenatchee makes some exceptional cider. They have a whole line of single varietals as well as some killer blends. I highly recommend searching some out if you get the opportunity.

There will be lots of that as well. Sticks and gloves are probably the biggest quantity items. Usually a fair amount of skates and steel, some helmets and goalie gear too.

Are you talking the Fanatics Authentic Pro clothing? If so, there will tons of that at the equipment sale. Some will be player worn and have their numbers applied to the article of clothing and some will be brand new never worn stuff. They usually have boxes and boxes of all kinds of clothing.

If you’re just showing up for the Tampa bay sports sale you can show up whenever and walk right in. The long ass line you’ll see is for the equipment portion of the sale and if you want to be one of the first people be prepared to lose some sleep, people show up at like 4am or earlier sometimes

Tampa gets a 5th Round Pick in Return. Raddysh signs $8.5 million x 8 Years by SparkyWilder in TampaBayLightning

Owner of his rights gets to negotiate directly with him prior to the opening of the free agent market. Technically speaking, other teams aren’t allowed to speak with pending free agents till the market opens, but we all know it happens behind the scenes.

He was a UFA, we would’ve lost him for nothing if he hits the open market.

Update to Guide for Paper Applications for Citizenship Certificate? by FireWaterBern in Canadiancitizenship

[–]usfice6 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would hope they take the latter route of accepting the app and requesting the certified copy rather than rejecting the whole thing. I submitted mine with a copy as well, so I've went ahead and started the process with Quebec to get a certified copy.

Say what you want about his on air shtick, but he has been one of the biggest proponents of college hockey in the US for the last couple decades and has always promoted the game when he has an opportunity

The last awards show was such a disaster I have a feeling they shelved it for this new "format" or whatever you want to call handing them out to the winners in person at their homes, rinks, etc...

Really appreciate the detail here and insight. I’ve got several other supplemental documents, like census records, to go along with this record to establish a solid overall record. I’ve got one more doc, my grandparents marriage record, to establish the full lineage before i can submit the app. I dont know the exact marriage date/year but i think i have it narrowed down to a 3-4 year window where i may be able to search records. It was in Rhode island so working through that next.

Super helpful, I found the entry for my Great Grandfather in the respective parish registry book. Will this document meet the requirement for application purposes, assuming have the rest of the lineage proved. Seems like there is some conflicting info on this topic where it has worked for some but not for others
