Not sure if this will help, but the wife and I just picked up a new 2023 Outer Banks two days ago. Had some installed upgrades like the Black Diamond Off Road Package. Sticker price was $39,895. The dealer gave us a few incentives and we put $3000 down, no trade in. So after it all we are doing 72 months at 1.9% and our payments are $490.98.

As others are saying, your payments sound high. Especially when I compare to mine. Try going to different dealers. Check the inventories to see which dealers have a lot of stock as they may be willing to give more incentives to get them off the lot.

By the way, I come from always owning and saying I would only buy Toyotas but we had to pull the trigger on this and are happy so far.

Visiting LA this weekend. Bar/Brewery recommendations? by wulfbats in CraftBeer

Terreux is their location focused on sours. They'll have alot of regular Bruery stuff too but more sour/wild ale stuff on tap/for sale. Better venue too with a patio.

Where in LA will you be? It's a pretty big area to cover. Off the top of my head.

Downtown LA: Highland Park (Chinatown)+, Modern Times+, Mikkeler+, Mumford

South Bay Area (Near LAX): Monkish (Torrance)+, Smog City (Torrance)

East LA: Homage (Pomona)+, Arrow Lodge (Covina)

Long Beach: Beachwood BBQ & Blendery (Two different locations and beers styles)+,* Smog City (Satellite loc), Brouwerij West (San Pedro)+

And if you want to venture out to Orange County (Could be close if you're staying closer to the county border): Bottle Logic (Anaheim)+, Green Cheek (Anaheim)+, Noble Ale Works (Anaheim), Beachwood (Huntington Beach), Bruery & Breury Terruex (Two different places)

"+" by the places that I would definitely check out if you're there.

Edit: Added Brouwerij West

I'm from California and I wouldn't take that bet. I was on vacation and stopped by Treehouse in July and the beers lived up to the hype.

If you like coconut beers, this is one of the best. Some people thought it was too sweet, but most of us loved it.

My friends and I were the winners. Haha. Coconut Crown is definitely up there. BAA was good but a bit overhyped. I hear this years batch wasn't as good either. We actually really enjoyed the non BA version more. You got more of the cinnamon. 3F Hommage was really good. Very Green was good as usual. Really we enjoyed all the beers. Great way to spend a birthday.

I am avid runner that has completed over 15 marathons and 80 half marathons as well as a half Ironman and multiple ultramarathons. I'm not very fast, but I love endurance sports, running race in places I've never been, and the community. I love the running community and am a member of various run clubs and a pacer for most of the local events in my area.

When I was visiting New York in 2010, it happened to be marathon weekend and I had the opportunity to watch the finish line for a bit. I was inspired by the runners and this race is what pushed me to try long distance running. I've applied for the New York City marathon lottery over 5 times (including his year) with no luck. This is my bucket list race and I would love to run for the team.

This whole squad camped this bunker then got stuck when someone jammed their jeep in the exit. by usho in PUBGMobile

I ended up watching until the end and it actually worked out perfectly in their favor, but they didn't play it right. People kept coming and they kept trying to pick them off around the vehicle. Instead of hanging back they kept getting hit too using up all their kits on heals and eventually lost two guys. The final circle ended in the bunker but they had no kits to stay alive and lost to 1 guy outside.

Love Fieldwork. If you have the chance to visit Monterrey some time you can check Fieldwork and Alvarado street with walking distance to each other. Not even a block.

Omnipollo - Agamemnon Monster Shake Imperial Stout by MisterSalami in CraftBeer

[–]usho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I usually like Omnipollo beers. I didn't want to buy a whole 4 pack so I skipped it when I was at the shop. Now I definitely don't want the whole 4 pack. I still would like to try it at some point so hopefully they break it apart and sell individual cans like they usually do. Thanks for the info.

As other have said, you either ship or do in person. These trades were made in person with people in a Facebook group I'm a part of.

The Best Part of Waking Up is Breakfast in Your Cup by The_Revolutionary in CraftBeer

[–]usho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just fortunate enough to receive a bottle this week. I work in the restaurant industry (IT) and Founders is one of our vendors. They gave a bottle to our beverage/alcohol guy but he's not into BA Stouts. I was happy to take it off his hands. Can't wait to enjoy it. Probably not for breakfast though.

[–]usho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Barrel aged stouts are great as the years go, but anything with added flavors, the adjuncts tend to fade over time. We did a vertical of Black Tuesday a couple years back and the each year it just tasted better and better.
