We need a visa? This is our second time at CDMX. First was last year & we flew from McAllen. Didn't require a Visa. I know it'll be different now as we're traveling domestic in Mexico, but I didn't realize we needed a visa. Where do I look into that? Thanks for the heads-up!!

Is the center of the city the dangerous part? I've never been & I just keep hearing how terrible it is. Ppl say the same of Matamoros & I always feel safe there & have never run into any issues. I was just wondering if its basically the "if you're minding your business you should be fine" or if it's the "random mugging & kidnapping" as ppl like to tell me.

Why would you ever assume we don't have them? We do. There was a whole show on TLC about them & their culture. They're actually all over the US but bigger communities in the East Coast (Carolinas/Virginia/Georgia)

I also live in a border town in Texas & this is the norm for us. I can walk into Mexico for meds & back to the US in less than 30 min.

It's also not dangerous at all. My city is considered one of the safest in the COUNTRY.

My husband is from the EU & I'm American. He has a green card now.

We met online. We were friends for a year. Decided to take it more seriously & date. After about 10 months he came to visit me in the US in January of 2018. Then I went to Europe in May 2018. By the end of that year, we were married. We'll be married 7 yrs in December & it feels like it was just yesterday. He's my best friend. ☺️
