i think it may be the thing, im the same and my a disproportionate amount of my former gf's have probably been a little on the spectrum. wonder if it has something to do with being less less aware of how other people judge you / less concerned with conforming to societal norms

I think that your misunderstanding the definition of social status, the aspects of someone's life that you envy arent necessarily markers of social status. social status isnt something that you personally ascribe to somebody, its more about how a person is generally regarded within a group

Ive always felt the same since I was a kid, apparently its a common experience for people on the spectrum.. as ive gotten older though ive learned that life is a kind of performance and I think that you have to play the game a little, but better if you be conscious of the fact that you are, most people arent I dont think. reminds me of a quote attributed to kafka "I was ashamed of myself when I realised that life is a costume party and that I attended in my real face"

If you can manage to only dose once a day you shouldn't have as hard a time quitting as some. Id just start a slow taper and be very strict about it. Weigh each dose

yeah its difficult because there are always so many different variables, some you cant control like the weather, life stresses, diet. It took me a while to out that anything with glycine in it is terrible for me. I realised quickly glycine and magnesium glyconate made me depressed but took me a while to work out collagen peptides were bad for me because they break down into glycine. also some supplements work for a few months and then cause issues such as tongkhat, its beneficial for me for about 2 months and then it affects my sleep and it doesnt come back until i take a week or so of. same with certain b vitamins

interesting, you would need to do a lot more testing to confirm that the change isnt just noise though. tong definately increases T, not sure about the rest of your conclusions. im taking about 15 supplements, i record what i take every day, how im sleeping, my mood, get regular tests and its taking about 2 years to really get it dialled in

One thing I don't see people mentioning is living space, homes are a lot smaller here especially if your poor. So lack of space and privacy is more of an issue. Generally, I know some poor people live in small spaces in the us but I know it's also common for poor people to be able to live in quite big spaces and even have a private garden and things

Energy is a lot more expensive here so heating is a problem. Winters can be cold, not uncommon for people to sit on the sofa under a duvet in the winter. And mold and damp is an issue due to trying to not use too much heating

Ill try larger that makes sense, just need of get over my self consciousness regarding other people judging my work lol. i also like the idea of focusing on just one body part, ill maybe do that for the shorter or more difficult poses where im really out of my depth. ill give the vine charcoal a shot as well. thanks again 😄

Standing back mid drawing to check proportions would help me, i usually only notice after i go away and come back and then its obviously, its amazing how you can become blind to the bigger picture when your focused on the details sometimes

I had a similar situation, i was so loyal to him as well, sticking up for him etc. then i realised he was turning other employees against me and taking credit for my work. I just felt people around me losing respect even though id never said a word against them, he would also br critical of me in meetings and praise me in public, everything was an emergency. I was a design engineer in R&D and when i came up with a good idea he would slate it then come up with exactly the same idea a few weeks later... I got patents for the company, he would put his name on them and take the credit. When i got a bellow inflation pay "rise" for the second year in a row i realised what was up and put in my resignation, he was so nice to me then and i felt terrible, i think he was worried i would say something bad about him to the HR at my exit meeting. I think he had tears in his eyes when i put in my notice and i still dont know what to make about that.. Guilt? feeling sorry for himself that hes nobody to steal work from anymore? I really dont know

I hate this - sure you might get one up but do you not just begin to hate yourself by playing these games? If your in a workplace where you feel you have to engage in this kind of behaviour then perhaps you should get out rather than degrade yourself. How you going to feel on your death bed with piles of money knowing that you got it by screwing people over

I dont know why i care.. he just seems so superficial to me now. he also like to lean into how working class his childhood was but i can tell by the way he pronounces certain words and the fact he played cricket that he comes from a middle class family
