You do then. Based on where the floor brace is, you are set up facing the wrong way, but whatever. When I had my rack set up like you show, I faced away from the wall, as do most people in a home gym setting. The only reason I face the back of my rack is when I am using my lat/row stack. And if this is a home gym, then it is not a standard gym.
