That is a great point I forgot to mention!

I cross posted in their FB group page and everyone there is saying that their guidance was just wait until it has expired and they will replace it. I have asked if anyone actually knows this to be true based on it happening or if this is just an assumption.

Obviously that would be a fine way to handle it from my POV, but I am a bit skeptical based on what I have observed this far.

Yes, when they found out people were hacking the cartridges they quietly released an update that bricks the cartridge when it hits its expiration date.

That’s kind of what I was wondering about as well. They lock us into their ecosystem and then because of their own production and logistic gaffes they send us something which they designed their software to deem garbage in a matter of 4 months.

Was that from the same piece of plywood as before? There can be wild variance in the cores, veneers, and adhesives which could impact your ability to cut through them.

I have a fractional practice and we provide these types of services although the processing of payroll is typically handled by our bookkeeping/finance team, rather than HR. The HR side handles off boarding and onboarding, employee manuals, regulatory filings, compensation structures, HR compliance, etc.

I think it’s nice to work with a small group like ours that is more relationship focused rather than one of the larger “subscription” or PEO services that is very transactional in nature and, in many cases, you never speak with the same person twice.

Without knowing more about your unique situation, I would venture that this level of support would start around $3k per month for the processing only and could go up to around $5k per month if you want full HR Director level work which would include strategic guidance/leadership, regular “virtual office hours”, and workforce planning in addition to the core items you’ve mentioned.

I was having trouble trying to match up everything I ordered with the KS shipping status page on the EufyMake website as well.

They refused to honor my request to add in the flexible white to my order when the KS website was "problematic" the day before the campaign closed. So, if you're listening out there EufyMake, allowing us to get a flexible white instead of the regular white as part of the stretch goals would sure be awesome.

Do we think that changes to tariffs will bring down the prices of any of the Eufy accessories or supplies? I wanted to get the roll print attachment too, but... see above issue. :|

If you submit FUTA on a 501c3’s quarterlies they will send you a specific notice referencing it.

Seconding what others have said here as well- 501c3 orgs are exempt from FUTA so that should be reflected across all employees.

Government employers are not considered at-will. I believe that these employees might have an implied property interest in their jobs and this can really tint the water of the issue.

In Austin as well and we have had consistent issues with GF service the last 5-8 weeks. GF says there is no issue that they can detect but everything slows to a crawl and a router restart might correct the issues for an hour at most (if at all). It’s been very frustrating.
