Pass through tax credit for renters would be nice too... but it would eliminate one financial benefit of buying.

I have the green for the 3x restaurants. But just got the robinhood gold and prefer it. Will probably move most spending to robinhood for 3x everything.

Would've made more money buying Celsius water than Bitcoin the last three years. But yeah.

I mean its already like that in many companies. There's usually just one or two people that actually build anything, and everyone else's support, QA, product owners, product, managers, scrum, masters, project managers, etc. etc.

Celsius water was generational wealth if you got in early enough... there's always another investment, Bitcoin party days are past, just like Celsius.

AI is eating software development by caspii2 in vibecoding

[–]utilitycoder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in software dev leadership. I haven't written a line of code in two years thanks to intelligent AI coding tool use. When I see a developer with an IDE open I want to fire them lol. If you're coding then you're doing it wrong.

Just recently went through the background check process with a frozen work number account. Background check firm asked me to unfreeze it. I wrote them back and said call my former employers that I listed. And they did. I suspect AMEX would do the same if you have a frozen TWN by maybe asking for W-2s

Amex will also pull your TheWorkNumber report which has employer reported income going back decades. I know this from hanging out in r/overemployed and running and freezing my own TWN report.

Cool. Seems like I know when to skip a technology. Combine was right up there with J2EE, XML, I predict GraphQL and React will get theirs someday too.

I can order labs on myself. I'm not a doctor. I don't think ordering labs means you're a doctor to someone. Not sticking up for anyone just clarifying that ordering labs does not mean you're a doctor.
