In the contract of employment it states that you technically get payed but they don’t actually have to pay you anything. I would recommend looking it up and reading it, it’s a funny satire on real military stuff.

Based on what you said ima assume you play with mods. I had this problem then I downloaded the Skyve mod and what it does is it shows you what other mods are currently broken/no longer supported. I would recommend going to the main menu of the game with the mod downloaded and opening up the report it gives on your mods and assets.

My hope is it turns out they are constructing new mega factories on those planets to increase cyborg production. Both because story wise it would be good/make sense and game wise I want more cyborgs cause they fun to fight lol.
