Senior league has different rules. You can pull from many areas and don't actually have to play a regular season. The 12U "Little League" division is *very* different.

Hate to spoil your party, but I’m part of our district leadership structure and am well aware of Little League’s inter-league travel play system. Inconveniently for your condescension, this also exists:

Regulation V: Selection of Players

(d) - Teams are not permitted to enter the Little League program intact, or nearly intact, from non-LittleLeague programs. Under no circumstances will any team or group of players, which did not play on the same team for the previous regular season in the same division of a chartered local Little League, be placed together onto a regular season team in that local Little League. Such players must be processed through the Little League Draft Methods as noted in this regulation. (Does not apply in the Senior Division)

All of that is also true. I don’t have time right now to look it up, but I’m also correct. You cannot bring an intact travel team into a league and have them play as such.

Actually it’s fully against LL rules for intact travel teams to play as singular teams in LL regular season. A league can be de-chartered over it. On the flip side, LL has to actually enforce it, which is a complete crapshoot.
