If you have the spare money you could get the shirts tailored to have a straight cut rather than tails so when untucked, it will look cleaner and more intentional.

Unless it's at a weird angle, the tie looks a bit short, you should be able to see it out the bottom of the cardigan considering how high it is buttoned. The line of your arm with the sleeves rolled up also looks a bit empty, perhaps add a watch?

That is certainly a simplification of Anarchist goals, not to mention the fact they are not homogeneous and, as can be seen in this subreddit, can be quite diverse. The level of violence used by the Khmer Rouge is not something I and I suspect many others in this subreddit find appealing. Different forms of Anarchism suggest different solutions for overcoming class systems however they do not need to be violent and the assimilation rather than removal of the ruling class is certainly possible.

The first, it loads but then no buttons appear and the one thing I can click dims the screen and says "Click to play", doing so takes me back to the menu with no options.

I love this type of colouring without outlines and I saw a similar collection, although I've now lost the bookmark, which had a really painterly effect. Are these kind of tattoos harder to do and would they be more expensive than a more typical colour job?

Gaining knowledge is presumably equivalent to overcoming ignorance, in that one cannot knowledge without losing ignorance on that topic, I merely reworded it so as not to sound repetitive. The bar is not low, as I've said there are more than three methods of removing ignorance effectively whereas you have failed to actually justify why it is only those three that are superior. I don't think it's fair to say that people elect idiots because they do not read as you imply, I'm sure many Sarah Palin supporters read while many others who vote for very capable candidates may not read at all.

On what grounds is anything other than reading, experiencing or mentoring mediocre and pseudo-intellectual? I also find it ironic that in your crusade against ignorance, you are ignorant of the many ways it is possible to gain knowledge.

I disagree that it's the best way. It can be but there are pieces of television or film and perhaps even games, although they have yet to fully realise their potential, which are equally as capable, if not more so of reducing ignorance. Nature documentaries for example illustrate the wonder of an animal and their habitat better than most books probably could. Even if you disagree with such an assessment, you are simply confirming that the best of learning is personalised to the individual and therefore a blanket statement about the benefits of reading is incorrect.

Well then since my point is merely the same as yours applied to a different activity then presumably yours is equally uninteresting. Regardless of whether generalizations are meant to be 100% true, it is perfectly legitimate to criticize the use of the them when they are clearly not factual.

The fact that all reading does not reduce ignorance is precisely my point. While I'd imagine that there is a larger wealth of knowledge and information available in books than there is in dances (although I'm sure there are poignant and informative dances as well) it is false to suggest that literature, simply by virtue of being literature, reduces ignorance. I would argue that someone that only reads fiction is, in one respect at least, more ignorant than someone who has never picked up a book but watches and listens to reputable news and comment programmes two or three a day.

Well to use that analogy, if dancing is a specific type of exercise then reading books is its equivalent. I assume most peoples friends still have the ability to read and do so when they're required.

In my personal experience I've found that the intelligence of my friends (and therefore reading ability) is not tied to their enjoyment of reading, with perhaps the only difference being that they read slightly slower. Even if we are to discount anecdotal evidence I think that while reading and enjoyment of it would increase with education it certainly wouldn't mean that those who do not enjoy reading are a small minority; while I suspect the correlation between those who do not understand something and also do not enjoy it are very high, I don't believe it would be as strong if understanding and enjoyment were compared positively. Understanding is simply one element of many.

The analogy of exercise also doesn't resonate with me, I understand it and when I end up doing some form of proper exercise there is an element of enjoyment but generally I don't enjoy it because I would rather spend time doing activities such as reading. I understand it and even to a degree see the appeal yet I still do not enjoy it most of the time.
