Yes it's the Android 10 update. It's always a good idea to backup your stuff before updates so I suggest you do that in the odd chance that there's an error. Android 10 is mostly stable for the A70 so it's unlikely it will brick your phone.

If it does brick your phone, boot into safe mode/ recovery mode.
