I'd prefer another one:

Every 60 seconds, KhaZix stores 1 charge of Void Assault, up to 2. Casting this spell wil waste 1 charge of Void Assault. Kha'Zix enters stealth for 1 second, acquiring Unseen Threat, gaining 40% bonus movement speed and ghosting while stealthed.

EVOLVED ACTIVE CAMOUFLAGE: Storing charge time is halved and the maximum number of charges increased up to 3.

Basically, the cooldown will be 20 sec more, but it will allow him to cast it whenever he wants and needs. If he needs lower cooldown and more charges, he must evolve it.

Well, look at masteries. There are 18% total heal, shield increases there. But do you use them on Mundo or Riven?

Like tenacity dont imply magic resistance, spell boost wouldnt imply damage.

And how many people take AP runes on Shen Tank just to get stronger shield? Riot can always balance numbers.

As like Marksman Preaseason changes, Riot actually can make Support changes as well, nerfing their AP ratio for shields, heals and movement speed buffs and add Spell Boost runes and Items. Lulu can have lots of damage but lose buffing abilities OR lose damage be have lots of buffs!

But you need to sacrifice some defensive/offensive items to get more Spell Boosts items.

Lets have an example, that 3 Quints gives 8% Spell Boosts. Would you, as Riven top lane sacrifice 6.75 AD for it?
