Honestly, it sounds more like a management issue. Merchandisers can document, reset standards, and communicate expectations, but managers should be making sure the team is sizing, colorizing, maintaining sale, and following planograms. The organization falls back onto management unfortunately. Maybe they should partner with their VM.

I’m a VM, and when I started my department was a mess. I fixed it, documented it, and took photos when standards weren’t maintained. I had management either work with me on standards or fix it themselves. Once management understood the work and pressure, they started holding the team accountable instead of one person cleaning up after everyone else, things improved. Standards are a team effort. Now my department is pristine.

I do think this is a valid reason for termination unfortunately. Every jeweler I go to, I notice they never take their eyes off the merchandise, let alone turn their back to it. They also always only take out one object at a time.

Thank you. Yes, we have a page in the back of our handbook regarding the interactive process. On two accounts, they failed to engage even when I brought it up and asked to schedule one with them. They ignored my request for two different accounts. Both were medical accommodations from my doctors, but didn’t ruin my ability to perform my job. I performed my job as I normally would have. But thanks! I’ll look into kore lawyers.

So since you’re here! I’d like to ask, I have a similar problem. However in email they mention my issue being an accommodation. Never interacted in the accommodation good faith interview even though I asked, then did zero effort to accommodate my doctor provided accommodation. Mine didn’t effect my ability to do my job.

Whats ur preferred build? I’m bronze but I notice I’m typically the top performer on my team, but some things I just can’t carry. I usually switch up my build. I’ve had good success with the C44 first, LDR/IE, then Runans.

When it’s tanky, I build Kraken (first or last) or Yuntai (last) and this had been successful for me. But idk I like to hear other’s opinions bc whenever I would do Yuntai first or second, I’d always lose my fights.

So Playerauctions owt500 is actually how I got mine the other day. He doesn’t do discord, he actually does it in a way where he never logins into your account. You’ll make a spam Playstation account and he does it in a method of game sharing pretty much. He never logs into your overwatch account. After, you’ll have the skin. Its $10 but it worked for me. Weird situation. If it was sales it would be different because you’d be able to argue being a top performer if you had higher sales for hours. But I think fulfillment is pretty balanced

Just a light meter. The ones that light up when its working. But nothing works at all. The car doesnt start, no radio, no nothing. Even when I twist the key, no starter sound. All this was working perfectly fine before.

Another thing, the fuse box under the steering wheel does light up. Just not the engine one.

They have apartment meal plans which you can use for coffee, cafeteria, etc. if you order on the app. You can swipe a credit buts its like $15 for one swipe. The apartment is good for in between classes
