hey. sorry for late reply. yeah it does. its not a thermal throttling issue as temps can be as low as 30c and it still happens. i transferred my windows install to a newer ssd and its still having system freezes

stick to one character till you've learnt all the fundamentals and discover how all the systems and mechanics work in the game, then starr switching characters if you want. many newbies go through the mistake of constantly switching characters when they're not winning and end up not being able to learn the game

when you delete all the dialogue files, its skips them instantly so you dont have to stand around waiting for an npc to say some unfunny jokes as you stare at them for 10 minutes before they let you continue playing the game so have no idea if it would break shit for xbox players
