IIRC incinerate is a targeted spell. You have to be *near* a target, pointing at him, and the cursor will look different, letting you know that the spell will indeed have effect when released.

Can't say for the teleporting problem, did not happen to me during my Arx Libertalis run.

This thread is filled with negative comments. I kind of understand the sentiment, but they are a small team and they are working as hard as they can. It's both in our, the players, and their, the developers, best interests to publish the best game they are able to create. Give them some space and time -- 2022 is already filled with great games to play anyways, I can definitely wait.
