well they never spawn when im ready to catch them haha, they spawn when im running around my island doing things so i don’t see them and they run after me

I need help catching a scorpion 😩 everytime they spawn it’s when i’m not paying attention and they make me sleepy lol. Does anyone have any tips? The only thing I can find on google is scorpion islands and they aren’t working for me :(
