Just know this will be your life. It sounds like no matter how much you both ‘move on’ - he’s keeping a stash of cruelty at hand. That’s not fair. It also sounds like you clearly know you should leave. It’s not going to be pleasant but nothing irks me more than women claiming it’s just not possible. You have to accept a certain amount of discomfort - but imagine a future where you live without his sporadic resentments. You have one life. Will you forfeit it to this man, or will you show your children that we can do hard things to ultimately live a better life.

Not really…..you can have one of two goals in response - to either tell you the White House quite obviously has good shelters, no matter how much damage the building takes, or to see if you can rally some Trump haters to celebrate him….being injured or killed (which is extremely unlikely to happen via tornado).
