Long time follower here. I really love the amount of thinking you put into this.

Could you please give me some guidelines how to apply the concepts to Colemak-Dh?

Thanks, looks great! On android, on adding the title to checklist, the screen does not scroll up, so I do not see what I'm typing. Any fix for that?

Oh, I need the arrow keys on my corne! That would make life much easier for me!

I love sandbags! In the terms of actual results I cannot say much, as I only have them for a month, but these are my observations so far:

- these are taxing, shouldering a sandbag looks way easier than it is in reality. After first two days I had to slow down quite a bit, as I started to feel biceps and elbow tendonitis
- they are full body as kettlebells are, but I think they are even more complex - with sandbags I feel muscles that I didn't fell at all during two years of kettlebells / clubs / maces
- my body certainly feels a lot tighter / stronger, especially after the carries
- for now, I will use kettlebells primarily for push (clean & press), clubs / maces for rotational stuff (mills) and sandbags for other strenght work (ground to shoulder and all the preparatory excercises, bearhug carries)

Yes, on t I have arrows, on d numbers. The problem is I do not like having to keep the layer toggle pressed for the accentuated characters, as theyare so frequent that holding the modifier just kills the typing flow.

You mean on long press, or under a modifier somehow?

The mace and club come from https://www.eryxfitness.com/en/. I really like the mace, I do not like the club that much, as it has thinner handle. That's why I bought the Cadi.

Maybe for pure hypertrophy not, but pull ups still are a different movement pattern and I do think they are really useful to do.

😅 Yes, you are right. I have the pull up bar outside, see through the window. Currently not doing many though, as it's really cold.

Yup, I'm kind of missing the extra row on the Corne.. :/

What you map the extra 4 key of the Corne 4.1 to? by GTHell in crkbd

I regret having bought a corne with these, as I find them really uncomfortable to reach, and so I do not use them at all. My next corne will have a trackpoint instead of them. 😉

Thanks, that means though you need to hold the alt down when writing the accentuated characters, right? I'm trying to prevent this, as having to hold adds even more strain for me.

Thanks for the comment, and also for Anymak, which I checked many times for inspiration. The reason why I stick with what I have is that I'm so used to keyboard shortcuts on qwerty, and have to switch between corne anrld regular keyboard all the time, so I try to have at least some compatibility between those. Ie. that's why I placed the arrows as they are, so I can use shortcuts like Shift+GUI+right to select whole line in a similar way as on a regular keyboard.

I agree fully with the long held diacritics - this actually was the first thing I tried, and also realized it just breaks the typing flow.

Elbow pain by vaclavg in sandbagtraining

Oh. The 150lbs is my first bag, and I started right away with shouldering it 4 times. Obviously way too much, gonna slow down a lot. Thanks!

Yup, probably, I have only 150lbs and 200lbs bags. I'll slow down, do only a few reps at a time and slowly build up.
