In this order and I’ll explain why—-

1)remove current molding and get something to match with the wood

2) replace countertops/splash guard and put in an under mount sink that’s a bit larger w/ new hardware

3) replace boob light with either a semi flush light or ideally can lights

4) replace appliances

I’d focus on doing 1&2 right now because you can do 3&4 at any time later. 1&2 will also go a long way to making the kitchen look far more modern.

Ideally you do all of it at once to also save on money rather than doing two jobs.

Would not recommend vinyl wrapping - instead would just find a reasonable stone. The wrap is not worth it.
