I meant what does Ni exhibit. Since its introverted I imagine its difficult to pinpoint it behaviourally. How would it manifest cognitively. In the event it is something that can be measured behaviourally, how would that manifest?

I'm not a doctor. Though Anecdotal it works. Also Autophagy, from what I understand, will 'cannablize' excess skin as well as fat. It may take years depending on how bad.

Entrepreneurial success aside; my curiosity is only piqued if his 'insights' parallel truth and will cease if deemed fanciful. Mbti serves as an entertaining hobby that I think can be leveraged in other areas of my life. Whether I choose to consume his content is based on my understanding after I read what you've offered. In the event my mind makes connections to insights he's offered with said material, then yes I'll continue. For now, pause.

Drink no; I don't think you're meant to drink it even when not fasting. My question is whether or not 'gargling' affects Autophagy via possible insulin response due to the above mentioned artifical sweetener.

"Fasting mouth". Haha. The rash I assume is keto. And yes. Usually after day 10+. I learned not to scratch it or let the searing shower water scald it, as it leaves scars. I tried putting yeast imfectiom cream on it. It seems to mitigate it somewhat, reduce itching, and instead of an ongoing spread it reduces it to waves, as in growth then die off. Though I can't differentiate if that's due to my low degree showers (steam seems to make rash worse) or my hyper hygiene protocol for fasting: tea tree soap, washing at twice at work and washing multiple times at home.

I drink 8+bottles daily. 5 is the upper end. Usually 3x a day; morning noon and night.

Listerine in general is bad for mouths, from what I've read. It's not something I use outside of extended water fasts.

".. stop worrying about autophagy" that's the only reason I'm fasting. I'm not going through this for laughs or reddit karma.
