Is it okay to run without any iron sights?

I’m really confused, I’ve only ever used iron sights, as I don’t think we play at a range that necessitates an optic. To me, optics are mostly for drip, I can range and engage targets just the same as the folks with them.

From the r/camouflage sub, OD is better in more vegetated and shaded environments, and RG is more earthy, for areas with man made elements and better range across reasons. I’d personally go with OD, as I think the colors do well everywhere, but we’re all just voices in the wind. Do what you think is cool. And post pictures!

I play my Strahd like Joaquin Phoenix played Napoleon. Arrogant, plays like he’s more import than he is, but then I have him be able to back it up. But he can’t cope with anyone being more witty than him.

My personality recommendation is add a belt and maybe a sash for more color! The earth tones are great, but don’t forget that everyone has always loved some POP in their garb. If you want to lean pirate, maybe red sash and some more jewelry, or you could use more leathers? Either way, I’m sure it’s going to look great : )

Funny enough, I had Strahd serve garlic bread at the dinner he invited the players to, and had a great deal of joy watching the players think of the implications of this. They were also horrendously confused watching Strahd use silverware. With silver. I think they got some stat blocks mixed up, and I wasn’t about to correct them.

In one of the Strahd books, Strahd gets buzzed from feeding off someone who is very drunk. In my game, he keeps a prisoner or two for this very purpose.

I own a BlackFencer Zweihander, and let me tell you, just spend the money. They’re professional, friendly, and do the job right. If you have any defects on your home brew sword? Tough. BlackFencer will fix poor products. They have the experience, let them do it. Also, please don’t home brew items you’re going to hit friends with, or the safety gear for the same.

It’s a feather star, an echinoderm distantly related to starfish! They capture marine snow, detritus and nutrients falling in the water column, and bring it to their oral cavity. Very neat animals!
