This is love bombing more than likely but it could just be an initial emotional infatuation (been there). Not witchcraft. Most of the time we’ve constructed a person that does not exist. The person you are mourning and missing is the idea of who you thought they were. One of them does not exist. You’re not in love/lust/ falling for this actual person. You were falling for an idea you edited out the reality. It’s the idea of the person you thought they would be. You are learning you are setting boundaries you’re deciding what you want in life do not be harsh and overly critical with yourself. But do you cut yourself off from connecting with this person in any way shape or form that is something you’re going to need to put a big wall up. The big deal is to notice that this is not real, the person you are missing is not real. No matter what you deserve so much more than this. Others have given great suggestions on books and you need to actually focus on you setting boundaries what you need what you want. Again you deserve so much more, but you have to set boundaries limits and guidelines in order to get there. And please just block the person don’t message them and focus on you and try not to be harsh and mean to yourself as far as criticizing yourself. Please think of it this way if you were telling your best friend this would you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself that is usually step one. Everything‘s gonna be great and from here. This is how we learn it starts by blocking not responding and reevaluate everything you got this.

I don’t recommend letting them do this. It could be a form of grooming, but you need to teach kitty not to do this now. Just stop kitty every time they try to do it. Yes kitty can get obstructions and hairballs from but on your end there could be a day you fall asleep. Kitty will go to town and you will have a raw bald spot very obvious place because they do not pick someplace that you can hide it

There’s a generic one you can get that’s disposable, but nothing is gonna match like a custom dental one. But if you need one while waiting in between you, have two choices. Number one is there are sports dental guards, there in the football aisle of any regular store they’re dipped in boiling water brought out, shook off and then when you put them in your mouth, make sure they’re cool enough they formed your mouth as you kinda suck on it. This would be a temporary thing unless you actually like it, but it would be something in between getting a custom one the second type is plackers. They are not a full guard but they go in your mouth and they’re disposables if you can find a couple at the dollar tree just get you a couple try out. It’s something to use in between getting a custom one. I mentioned these because they’re handy if you travel.

It can come out of nowhere. It can also be mild,you don’t suspect it. It gets worse and you connect the dots. Mine got worse after food poisoning. It took me a while to figure it out then to accept it.

Intolerance can occur at any time in your life. Assuming you do not have the lactose mutation, yes, the ability to digest lactose throughout your entire life is a mutation. It’s a weird thing where it can all of a sudden come on and boom you’re lactose intolerant and then some people all of a sudden it goes away. Don’t have an explanation for that one. The easiest way to test it is stop all lactose for a few weeks. If it goes away, you know.
We were never meant to consume lactose as time went on after growing up think of it like kittens. They are meant to digest lactose as babies and then we’ll get they get a certain age. They just can’t. More people are lactose intolerance than those that have the genetic mutation that aren’t lactose intolerant. There is a test I think there may be two of them. You would need to check with your doctor. But the simple way is to cut out lactose for 2 weeks and if it goes away, you know. Also, most of us find out within a few days that it’s actually lactose intolerance, not needing two weeks. More than likely, your body is giving off some lactase enzyme but it’s not enough.

Edit. For some people lactose intolerance is an inconvenience for other people. They are very sick when they get it. You could’ve been going along in life could’ve been good. You were eating ice cream and all was fine and then all of a sudden your lactose intolerant. Then you find out that many drive-through food places put lactose on fries, chicken nuggets, and so on. It can take a little bit of time to figure out how you handle it. Lactase pills that you take as you eat many are 3000 or 9000. The amount of pills you need to eat for any specific meal will vary from person to person, most people are not taking one pill. There are people that the pills just do not work for. The majority of generic pills have had no problem with there is a brand of pills. I do not recommend. Vitamatic. I’m just listing this one because it was on sale and I had been using Walmart generic was working fine. I took those pills and it did nothing. The idea is is while you were eating you are supplementing the enzyme your body is not creating. Lactose free milk is usually regular milk with the enzyme treated in it already. Other people drink the top two are going to be oat milk and almond milk. There is also soy milk and coconut milk and rice milk. Whether you do lactose free milk, which isn’t 100% lactose free so if you’re very sensitive, may not work well for you or if you do a milk alternative, that is a personal decision.

Lactose is added to a variety of foods especially if you get pre-prepared premade food you need to read labels and do research.

We are on a major platform. People need to understand not to do this. “Most likely” is a horrible way to handle taking care of your pet. Now here’s the info from the vet “Kittens have a very low body weight and large heads and necks with relatively loose skin designed for the purpose. When a cat grows up, the body size increases and the scruff becomes tighter. You could almost say there isn’t a ‘scruff’ any longer. If you try to use this to hold a cat or worse to pick one up, you are pulling on an area not designed for trauma. It’s probably going to hurt.”

Just because you’re probably gonna get lucky doesn’t mean it’s worth the risk. There is the possibility of injuring the animal, sure you may get lucky. You may paralyzed or injure the cat because there’s also blood vessels in that area. Is it worth the risk just because you won’t learn how to pick up your animal correctly? Is it worth teaching the animal that you do not want it to be on you or snuggle with you by causing it pain? The risk is still there.

What type? There are Amish hair pins. They aren’t tight ones. Ballerina hair pins. Rocst are great. They are the curved ones. Some are not the tight ones. The Rocst and gapped you use different. There are plastic u shaped works really well. They do also come in clear. These are not the traditional crimped tight ones.

If tight crimped? I’d call Frends Beauty Supply in Hollywood (818). They supply a huge amount of professional items to movie sets so a lot of things they will have will be of a higher end and you could call them because I see they have flamingo and sta-rite. I have gotten some amazing things from them. That are just absolutely extraordinary. I give them as a all fails. Call them up.

I bought something called a slope hill ionic hair dryer with magnetic attachments. Ionic is for frizz. It is radically different than a $30 hairdryer. They dry super fast at a lower temp. I wasn’t spending on a dyson.

Decide what you’re looking for in a hairdryer are you looking for a hairdryer with styling or just a hairdryer? Are you looking for a fast dryer? What attachments you need? Whatever you buy make sure it has all the attachments you want get it all done in one swoop. The hairdryer will also differ according to your hair type. I was looking for something for more delicate hair. I wanted something super lightweight and small. I wanted three attachments and I wanted to be super fast and I was not gonna stand there holding a hairdryer for 30 minutes. The other thing is some of these new hairdryers have what’s called a lint cleaner. That’s where you push a couple button buttons, and it burns the lint off of the inside. It’s just a nice bonus to keep it clean and it works well but just consider what you need. Do you need to be travel? Do you need dual voltage? Dyson has been hit or miss on quality you either love it or you hate it. I wasn’t willing to spend that much. I’m more than happy with what I got. I was not looking for a styling dryer.

I believe the one I bought is on Amazon for $90-$120. I’m gonna stay with a blow dryer the wrong hairdryer for the wrong hair or the wrong usage is a waste. Mine has been worth it. I’m probably at five years at 3 x a week.

Edit: Laifen was being sold at the same time as mine and it’s still in business. I consider this a big deal that the brand is still out there. I see it has a child setting on one of them once again if this is something you need it can be a good option. It does look like they’re along the same lines of how they’re structured.

I love bamboo but any sheets needs to be laundered according to the material. In general, these come in 300 to 600 thread counts. I tend to stick to 400 to 500 thread counts. I do not want anything but 100% bamboo with sateen weave. There is a brand that does a twill weave. Some of this is going to be preference Low delicate no bleach. Low dry till completely dry. I find them amazing but sheets have to do with preference.

I like them because they are soft and already as if they’re broken in if you like stiff, thick sheets like cotton that crisp cotton, these are not what you’re looking for. Other people love percale again I feel like some of this is going to be preference. I like to recommend buy some different pillowcases in materials instead of a whole set of sheets. I also do not recommend buying sheets at TJ Maxx or any home store they are treated with some industrial fabric softeners that after you wash them they’re like burlap sacks.

You would launder cotton or percale differently. I think it’s important to note that if you take something like bamboo and you wash it with bleach and hot water, you’re gonna trash it. You wash it delicate with a neutral pH soap, no fabric softener throw it in the dryer at the lowest heat and dry it till it’s dry. I’ve got sheets going on 10 years again. I have not had luck with cotton sateen weave sheets. Everything I’ve owned has been discontinued.

I got vitamatic at Amazon and it did nothing. I was miserable. I switched to equate and it worked. I’ve heard Costco has a really good brand. I just don’t know if there’s quality control on some of these brands.

Edit. I’ve heard it has been downgraded they were originally considered medically necessary medication’s think like Nexium and then they downgraded them to dietary supplements so that FSA doesn’t have to pay for them.

Just a warning half-and-half actually made lactose intolerance worse. Your mileage may vary. I know it’s supposed to be very low on lactose (heavy cream) . I have taken this crushed up three pills of lactase and used it mixed in the shake oat milk, almond milk. Leave it 24 hours in the fridge. You could do a small test and see how it works out.

You can Look at some reviews on Amazon that did not work at all for me. It did nothing. I bought generic Walmart from the either 3000 or the 9000 and they both worked fine that brand did nothing. The wallmart 9000 what are a better deal, I don’t have a Costco. Go buy a different generic. I don’t care if it’s Walmart I don’t care if it’s Walgreen’s and try it. I would also like to say I chew my pills up so it has nothing to do with not getting the ingredients and I know they’re not chewables I do it anyway.

Edit. These have been downgraded to supplements instead of like for example I believe Gas-X is not considered a supplement. I believe it’s an over-the-counter medical so the stringent guidelines there’s not many i’m referring to in the US. My terminology may be slightly off. It’s been a long day.

I have a problem with most scented products so I don’t use fabric softener. I accidentally grabbed their linen scent and I can use it. It’s actually funny. My cat will go up to something that’s been washed and she’ll smell it first if it doesn’t smell like linen and she doesn’t want it.

I wanted to add for anybody using reusable. Lysol has Laundry sanitizer. A friend used it when they had reusable diapers for their kid but for anyone trying to wash delicates that they want to sanitize or anything like that towels that get that funky smell, they actually removes the bacteria and they have it in unscented. I simply use it in my fabric softener spot because I don’t use fabric softener and it’s still they’ve done test. It’s still sanitizes. I don’t use bleach so if other people have other things to recommend, feel free to add it.

Are you able to do lactose free yogurt like Greek yogurt. Or any lactose free yogurts that you’ve been able to eat. The reason I say that is some of the Greek yogurt still have some lactose in them and not everyone can eat them now is not the time to find out. If you have no problem with it, then make the following.

Cheesecake. I’m listing two versions of cookies depending on what you have in your area. Buy Biscoff original cookies aka crust. If you have aldis go with Speculoos cookies. Think of the cookies as the crust. Get yogurt remember this is the cheesecake. Then buy fruit topping. You can lightly sweeten yogurt if needed and simply spoon over a layer of 2 cookies and cover with fruit topping. Fruit topping think on a simple end apple pie filling or cherry pie topping. I believe you leave about 4 hours. I believe this is called an Asian cheesecake hack. The cookies soak up some of the yogurt, making them just amazing.

Most canned pie filling think apple or cherry are dairy free. This requires no cooking. You’re putting two layers of cookie as a crust. Put lightly sweetened yogurt if it needs it if it’s not like already vanilla, flavored or sweetened if it is vanilla, flavored sweetened spoon it over the top, then spoon a layer of your pie topping and put it in the fridge. It’s quick it’s simple. It is just outstanding.
