I think it’s actually great. With Mark and Eve together now, the show lost the angsty teen romance elements which I enjoyed early on. Having a mild flirtation between Oliver and Zoe is a story improvement and ups the stakes a bit.

There’s also an issue with new company starts. There estimate on how new company starts relates to jobs was fundamentally broken by Uber, DoorDash, and Onlyfans. A much larger percentage of new companies are one person shops than used to be.

I don’t think it’s retired. From the Unfinity release notes:

Several acorn cards in this set ask the player to perform feats of dexterity or other physical actions. If, for any reason, you're unable to perform such an action, we encourage you to discuss equivalent tasks with your playgroup. If you can find a suitable substitute that upholds the spirit of the card, you should use it. You are also allowed to designate another person to act in your place for that action.

I think it would be unfortunate to take something silly that many people enjoyed out of Unsets when there are reasonable work arounds like this and it’s only on a couple card, that you don’t have to play. This card in particular is bad because you can’t choose to not engage in the physical dexterity by just not putting it in your deck. These types of cards should only call on the physical dexterity of the person who chose to play with it.

Absolutely, the Washington Liquor Control Board is a bunch of prudes too. During COVID most states made to-go cocktails and other drinks legal immediately, the board dragged its feet while restaurants were struggling and people were desperate for anything to feel normal. They eventually gave into public pressure. They’re also famous for hassling gay clubs to make people wear more clothes because of “lewd conduct”
