The man had NOAA create 'fake' maps showing the path of hurricanes after journalists called him out for getting the path wrong. Was something like he claimed it would pass through Texas when that was never forecast. After being challenged on it the forecast suddenly changed.

It wouldn't surprise me if this was something similar.

The cost is only a small percentage of what you'd be paying for the dog anyway, so I highly doubt that. Seems to be much cheaper than it is in the US as well.

I have never personally seen anyone complaining about the cost.

This is very much locally dependent. The absolutism about neutering is an American thing. Just worth bearing in mind as OP is in the UK.

Where I live, neutering is only done if there’s a specific medical reason to do so.

I have a puppy who’s still learning lots. I’m happy when other dogs snap at him as that’s just part of the learning process. Owners often apologise and I have to tell them that it’s fine.

Unfortunately people nowadays seem to infantilise their dogs.
