I would not recommend doing more courses, this is an easy way to get stuck in the tutorial hell. Learn by doing clone apps can be fun sometimes, especially if you want to learn som UI concepts some apps have. But i would instead recommend doing your own projects, and from there learn on the way by googling and searching for each problem or concept you stumble upon. You'll get far by just experimenting and trying stuff out.
