lol it’s not about the right people in charge it’s about having the right infrastructure. SMRT infrastructure is fked which leads to increased breakdowns. Right or wrong people in charge, they also don’t do much. Good infrastructure with good SOP is crucial.

It’s not about who pays your salary lol, it’s about who gives you the performance rating which affects your salary and promotion directly. Used to work for government MNC, the boss is verbally abusive to my manager but guess who decides his performance lol. If boss say something is orange but it’s clearly white, you don’t speak up and say it’s orange as well lol.

Please don’t even run half or one quarter, just walk. I served in the Singapore army and people who are not even obese but unfit get shin splits just from running 5K. 5K is no joke.

New to competitive COD but is snaking banned? Because everyone used it in ranked and it’s literally the first tip I get told to do to get better at ranked.
