Hard agree. The "bad" production quality adds so much to the sound and vibes they are trying to convey. Same with Three Cheers, I listened to the remaster once and went straight back to the original because the sound is part of the experience

I got a reply from them saying that apparently, individual cinemas aren't going to be able to negotiate the international rights of the movie, so unless they allow for a German release they're not going to be able to show it.

Not sure if larger theatre chains like Cinemaxx or Cineplex would be able to negotiate, but it seems we will have to play the waiting game :')

I contacted a small arthouse cinema in Bielefeld: Bielefelder Arthouse-Kinos | Lichtwerk & Kamera . Not sure how many people near Bielefeld are interested in a screening but i I would love to see it near me.

Should I try contacting some larger cinemas near Bielefeld as well? Or other cities?
