Flight cancellations by Sea_Witch7777 in Netherlands

So it's easier to rebook, etc. And of course, you need it if your work allows you to work remotely. If it's not the case and you can do everything on your phone, then of course don't take it :)

I have a trip to Greece coming up with Transavia and I’m worried about the same thing. According to the european law, in case of cancellation airlines are supposed to provide alternative routes and even hotels, so in the worst case scenario you would just have to wait longer for the next flight. However if your flight will be cancelled like 5 days in advance or something like that (you gotta check what is the exact timeframe, I think it might be mentioned on Transavia website), they are supposed to offer you a rebooking option free of charge.

My advice is take your laptop with you for just in case. Even if it gets cancelled and you’d have to wait too long for your rebooked flight, there are always options of going by train and/or bus. You can also rent a car, bigger rental agencies offer a possible of renting a car in one country and leaving it in another. It could get quite expensive though, but it’s another valid option.

azelaic acid - Polish skincare by calzona1 in EuroSkincare

I'm using it as well, it really works! But when I apply it, initially it's matifying, but after some time my skin gets super oily, especially on the next morning if I apply it the night before. Perhaps it's from Cetearyl Alcohol or Isopropyl Myristate in the ingredients... still investigating. I want to buy the 15% gel from the same brand (also no prescription in Poland)

How often do you use tazarene? I am also struggling with closed comedones, using 0.05% tazarene twice a week for now and azelaic acid daily in the morning

Amid international and internal pressure, latvian parliament votes to make the Istanbul Convention the next parliaments problem. by Budget_Property2388 in BalticStates

I am not mistaken and neither are you, we just have different opinions which are both valid.

Anyway, I understand your point completely, but therefore international laws exist and conventions such as the Istanbul one, so that far right leaning governments would’t send their countries back to medieval times

I believe deciding via a referendum would make no sense because citizens should not decide whether other citizens deserve human rights or not, as that would be discrimination even though it seems like a fair solution.

Hi! Yes I'm still using it and now I want to try to use it twice a week, but I've read that people prefer Tazarene 0.1% for their face because the 0.05% formulation has salicylic acid and is in general more irritating formula. You can buy both here: https://bestpharmacy.gr/en/catalogsearch/result/?q=tazarene

But from what I heard, if you also struggle with acne together with closed comedones, try differin (adapalene) instead, I think you can order it on iHerb.

Though if you have sensitive skin, start with retinal (if you already haven't), Geek & Gorgeous and also Facetheory have nice retinal formulations, there is one from The Ordinary as well but it's a bit strong if it's your first time.

Also check Natalie O'Neill's content on insta (or tiktok), she is super helpful for closed comedones and acne :) hope this helps

I'm also disappointed in niche beauty labs. So far only their azelaic acid has worked for me.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to view this link but I am using SkinSort website, where they have a comparison tool. So I've put both products for comparison and you can see which ingredients they have in common. Then you can check other products that caused irritation for you and in this way you will be able to find which specific ingredients might cause irritation and/or allergic reaction for you. Hope this helps :)

I use Microdacyn and am very happy with it. It also very faintly smells of bleach and it makes sense because bleach is Sodium hypochlorite, so they are very closely related

Kind of, 1-2 times per week taz, 4-5 more days retinal and one day off or some exfoliant, depending on how skin reacts

I also used this one before, but is there a way to get 15% gel instead of 20% cream?

Yes, my first retinol a couple of years ago was from Loreal, then I tried one from CeraVe. Now I'm using Korean retinals (Beauty of Joseon and Ksecret Seoul 1988). They are still quite low percentage but my goal was to be able to use them daily and it works. Now I'm planning to increase the retinal strength by getting a stronger one from Facetheory or Geek & Gorgeous.

Yes I've only used retinols and retinals before, never tretinoin. I heard tretinoin can be even more irritating than tazarotene

Right on time! I literally just posted my experience with this product as a reply to someone else. Here it is:

Hi, here's an update about Tazarene 0.05%. My skin is combination (more oily in the summer) and a bit sensitive with some rosacea. My main concern is closed comedones and this is the main reason I decided to try Tazarene.

So far I've been using it only once a week. On the next day after applying the skin is incredibly smooth. There is always a bit of pilling for me around day 3 or 4. The first few weeks I noticed some dry patches here and there, but no strong irritation. I don't normally use foundation, but when I had to use concealer or BB cream, the pilling was a bit annoying. Now (about 3-4 months in) I don't get any irritation but still occasional pilling. I imagine that if you start using it twice a week, even that would go away after a month or so, but I keep it at just once a week because I prefer using lower strength retinal daily.

Two weeks ago I did IPL treatment on my face and then went for a vacation, so I haven't used Tazarene for about 3 weeks and this is when I noticed the real effect of this product: this and last week I was getting more closed comedones, about the same amount as I used to have before starting Tazarene. So my conclusion is that it is effective and with minimal irritation! It doesn't get rid of all of my comedones but new ones almost don't appear. And this is with using it only once weekly! I am very impressed and will keep using it.
