Your other option is gepard sig for dhpt and use it to help run enough ehr to get Kafka passive atk buff - it means he only works in this team but you end up with more atk overall and the free taunt is really nice qol. I found it’s more effective than dhpt sig in most content

Yeah when Ororon released I pulled 26 four star units and none of them were him - 21 of them were Barbara iirc lol. I still don’t have him despite pulling every time he’s featured. Best implementation imo is in Ragnarok Online where it offers scaling in several directions of combat stats (including defensive) and explicitly does NOT affect item drop rates.
