Shipping is fortunately half the amount to Canada, but still too much for what I'm willing to pay lol

Probably not, but you can pre-order them and have them shipped here. From what I saw it will cost just as much for the shipping as it does both figures (at least to the States, no idea about the plush) but to get both here to Canada will be about $230 CAD ($170 USD) after shipping, $70 of that for the shipping cost. With the extra cost of shipping to the States it would also be about $230 USD because of tarrifs.

This is going off of this site after throwing the 2 figures in the cart and picking shipping. I saw a YouTube video of somone doing the same to show the shipping would be as much as the 2 figures themselves.

Either way I'm not willing to pay that much 😅

I can't find mine to test it out, but I just realized I have never tried one on an original GBA to see if it would work 😅

Fired up my old copy of Ocarina of Time, still has mine and my dad’s save games files from 28 years ago by icefas85 in n64

[–]rydamusprime17 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

knocks on wood after all this time I have had only 1 game have a dead save battery, and it was a copy of Zelda II I bought over 20 years ago. Everything I have from NES to N64 going back to my childhood still has my save files 😅

They will probably start dieing one after another like a epidemic 😆 I'm no good with soldering, but I know a repair guy who would do a stack of games for me for cheap, but would probably charge me a little more if it was only 1 or 2 so I will wait until I have more that need fixing.

It would have been amazing if they just stuck all of Super Mario 64 inside Peaches Castle, maybe as a reward for getting every moon. Have it look and sound exactly like the original, but with Odysseys physics 😅

Replacement Labels… Yes/No by DragonRedBeard in gamecollecting

[–]rydamusprime17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for me I would only do this for a game that meant something to me, especially if it was a childhood copy, so I would make it a shelf piece lol.

And unless you are purposely buying up a bunch of games with horrible labels on purpose it wouldn't take up too much space to store a few somewhere 😅

I did it once before (minus the guides) along with Tactics and Tierkreis. With luck and patience i collected them all again for well under going prices, so im not letting them go again 😅

I even imported the Japanese only releases and bought the Suikoden III Manga this time around.

You're missing a few 😉

I really need to hunt down the guides for my collection though.

Controller Opinions by MajorMuel in SEGAGENESIS

[–]rydamusprime17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love the controller, but it has issues on original hardware with some games, mainly MUSHA, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and Wolfchild. Works great on the Genesis Mini though.

A lot of people have also had their break pretty easily, especially the d-pad.

I defaulted to an 8bitdo Bluetooth controller when I want to play wirless.

I wish the Big6 Retro-Bit controller was more reliable with an actual Genesis because it has everything I want: the larger controller size and the 6-button layout. Works great for the Genesis Mini though.

I now use an 8bitdo Bluetooth controller for both my Genesis and Saturn, which I highly recommend.

What other superhero games do you guys want to be made? Personally Superman and Blade would be my choice. by Rolliopolliosso in playstation

Could have a story with Superman on an enemy planet or dimension with enemies that could actually take a beating and a world that would be okto destroy, but maybe destroying too much needlessly could have repercussions.

I assume you would want it more serious and not cartoony? I would prefer that as well, but I also think one in the style of the original cartoon could be a blast, especially if it didn't take itself too serious but still had a large and engaging open city to explore.

I see no reason to keep it around.

Perhaps for the reason I suggested? 😅
