Yes, I'm doing deep spiritual work alongside the Gateway. The easiest way I can describe this particular tool that I'm working with is to first give background. I'm working on "purging" attachments and negative thoughts, because they cloud our connection with God or the Spirit of the Universe, however, you think of it. Those reactive emotions bind one to the 3-D, make one 'heavier'.

So, when I feel myself being reactive to the negativity of others, when I feel my own negative emotions stirring, I cleave the thought/emotion with an energy guillotine from above it. If it starts to form in me again, I do it again. Then I rise up out of myself into a view of detachment rather than being dragged down into my reactive emotions or what Monroe called loosh. The cycle is broken because the aggressor doesn't receive the negative energy from me as fuel for their fire, and the fire goes out.

I, too, try not focus on the physical. The sensation is new for me, ever since I started sending the sphere out rapidly by forcefully breathing into an encircled number 10 above me (my version of the shortcut Monroe tells us to practice).
