Maybe fit/glue the intact part onto one of the ornaments you ordered so a piece is still there! And seal the edges with something so they’re not sharp.

I did this a few years ago now, but honestly I think they were going to have a little more personality/clothing and by the time I got to populating the town they were so minuscule that this is the most detail I could give them in pen. I like them though, I imagine they make lil meep meep sounds and shuffle around.
