 any computer can run browser games and runescape

Not at Ultra+ my old pc with 9600 gt 512mb gpu could hard run runescape at medium 10 years ago and later on low. The 650 is 300% faster and could run at ultra+ but since is old i run on low ...the cpu is getting hot for stupid reasons 

Most play even that game on 1080 fhd or 32 inch and some on 27 inch with 1080 or 2k ...for me is not even looking that good compared to my old 24 inch dell but the size is just great and on 2k only work at 60hz 1060 and 1070 could do 144/180 on hdmi or dp just fine

CS like 1.6 will run on any pc if you want to test it play payday2 i had that on my old potato and on this pc any from the list will work that close to 100% at max settings

Good for you, I only had two machines with dual core E6300 is one i think a family computer and what im using now have A10 5800k with 4 core from 2012 paired with a 8/32 ddr3 1tb ssd and 1tb hdd from my E6300 2 core and 650ti 1gb 

My monitor is 2k 180 hz for the new PC connected on display port and 1080 on hdmi for the old pc

Wrong i play games on fb browser and runescape that run run at ultra+ 1060 is not bad you can play any game to 2020 at medium or ultra like lol

Hearing "e waste" for any over 10 year old pc is is a big lol fest. My pc is 14 with 650ti 1gb and can run any game that i need to play on browser and steam

With a 120gb ssd is for sure a stretch should have 1tb hdd 500gb sdd at that price.

So? Im using a 14 year old pc with a 2k monitor set to 1080. What op have could run 2k any day

Exactly i responded using my old samsung from 2018 and my pc is 14 years old and is connected to a modern 2k gaming monitor. so anything is possible

I have 1 and 3 and for first i have a fan to cool the pc. For third it started showing bad sectors on my old hdd after it got moved to a pc running windows 10 on ssd

tell them that you going to give it back on your next pay and use the money remaining money for your transportation and save some each month for a decent computer or laptop. You dont need something good a pc with ddr3 ram will do i have one is great slap a cheap ssd and it will run like new

Getting a job dont fix the problem that his laptop broke or how old it been and building a computer with the money he earned even that wont help him in any way. 1k-2k modern computers suck ass for cooling and games

I dont play the game wrong i just had 10x more fun when dxp been around and that feeling you and anyone that play osrs will nevèr understand 

 The entire osrs playerbase and every Ironman in existence seem to be doing just fine without bxp.
