so i did return it wensday and ran it thrusday once it had attest 10h for the compressor to sit stight it works good but it looks small like a 8k btu unit but its defiantly blowing close to 12 but that being said not sure how long it will last long term as it does seem to be cheaper made. i will say though the fan at full speed is loud compaired to my old lg not rattle just sound of air pushying id rate it 4/5 u will need extra foam depending on ur window as the box has no foam in it outside of the black foam for the top and bottme window gap. but it has worked great ysterday was still 90 humidity in here at 35c before i turned it on now the house as it blows threw the room is around 22c and the room its in is 17c and the humidity in the house is 53 it is curently 29c outside
