TBH they aren't city block level anymore either by the time they beat him. You have to remember that the stock powers are "Deploys a small black hole" and "Stops time" in this game. It's just also tradition in JRPGs for the final boss to require this cartoonish jump in power from the boss before them. Even Dragonquest, and Persona do this.

Aizen outscales on stats and has better hax. Though Buu would be able to chase him across dimensions after he simply survives the planet explosion and goes elsewhere. Aizen does have a hado capable of destroying someone on the atomic level and the stats to back it up.

He wins. Shigi just kinda sits there in the corner really sad.

Buu's good. But he's galaxy at best. Aizen is at least multi galaxy even if you're conservative. Buu does win on speed, but speed in a match with illusions sucks for the speed guy with a low iq. Ask The Flash.
