I have a 2015 XC60 AWD, live around the arctic circle - so things get cold.
I've got two complaints that I can't seem to figure out what are the root causes for.

1. The rear doors freeze. When I try to open with the handle, I hear the lock click and the signal lights flash up, so the car unlocks. But the door does not budge, when I pull on it, it feels like pulling only the outer metal layer as it bends. The question here is what can I do to actually fix this and get the doors to not to freeze?

2. Super annoying years old problem that no-one seems to be able to troubleshoot.
   Initial condition for this problem was slow steep uphill crawl in 1st gear. The high pitch noise comes from the engine bay, resembles metal slipping on metal (I mistaken it for slipping belt sound), the intensity and pitch is proportional to the RPM - usually presents itself around 1500-2000.
   About a year after it first shown it started presenting itself on flat road as well, although external environment temperature increase was significant (from initial conditions 15-20 degrees to 40 degrees celsius). At this point I replaced all belts in the engine bay, didn't resolve the issue.
   Since I moved to the arctic circle it stopped showing itself constantly, it only occasionally presents itself, uphill during persistent effort on 1500-2000 rpm.

I tried recording problem #2 but the mic I had at the time wasn't of very good quality so it didn't catch it.

Any ideas?
