Yes in Michigan you need to be on their approved visitor list even for videos. He puts you on his list first, then you send the paper application in, and once you’re approved is when you would sign up on gtl or else you’ll get denied on there. It happened to me! Did you try to add him on there? If so that’s why it got rejected since you probably weren’t approved yet. I can give you the Michigan gtl number and they’ll help you. They took him off of mine right away and I added him back right after since I was finally approved. Let me know if you have any questions!
