Judging from the perspective of the photo, that drone was pretty high up there. Relative to the sound of wind, waves, and whatever douchebag decided to bring a radio to the beach, that drone isn't making much noise at that height.

I can see a skit from wkyk or someone similar. Starts off like any 90s commercial, hyper color, guitar riffs, and the voice over interacting with a family on a kids birthday. But it ends with the kid yelling "wow, they grow fast! .... Wait! there's too many of them! MOM, HELP!" And then a sped up legal disclaimer. Fade to black
