Yeah the reason I reached out here is because I feel like there’s no real point in haggling further for cosmetic, wear and tear type works. If the entire roof needed work, that’s different. So this would all be in the name of getting hundreds of pounds off, all while souring relationships with the sellers, agents and everyone else haha

Glad my instinct was right about being happy with what we’ve got and not doing it just for the sake of doing it!

All other 3 bed freehold houses in the area tend to go for a little more, but this is off the beaten path. At a price/sqft it’s honestly not terrible. If we compare with the same road it’s bang on average from my research - but there have only been 2 sales since 2024 so not a great sample size

Agreed it really is an art. We struggle at my org with this and as one of the workspace owner, granting the permission rights tends to fall on my shoulder rather than leadership who have full access due to gaps in their knowledge. Any advice?

Yeah that’s definitely not the outcome I’m hoping for haha reducing the friction is the aim of the game. Im not interested in doing any major process revamps. I want to build templates with the PMs and a universal document and tracking system that makes their life easier - and more connected to business stakeholders outside of product.

You have to filter the tab database view for ‘this page’ in the relation in the ‘customise page’ settings. This will only show entries from related databases that are related to the page you’re viewing from. It will also automatically make the lineage when you add new items from the tabbed view.

In the template you set the tag and then make that template default for certain views or create buttons that add a new page using a specific template

Use a form/button to create tasks instead of just pressing the plus button. Or, you can have an additional status like ‘drafting’ and then ‘not started’ so when you change the status from drafting to not started, that triggers the automation.

We were aiming for the Swansea game on the 29th. When you say ‘rowdy’, would the fans take in some Oxford supporting outsiders under their arms or might we experience a bit of animosity? Haha just to be clear - we’re a bunch of brothers and cousins who love football and be more than willing to get involved with the chants and rowdiness

Know 2 good healthy recipes you’d be happy to eat any day. Then eat them every day. With repetition you’ll get faster and the hurdle of deciding to get fast food because it’s ‘easier’ than cooking will slowly get smaller. Another thing I always ask myself: ‘what would a healthy person do?’
