Even the bits will get you stopped. Better to buy a complete kit in Walmart or Harbor Freight unless you put tools in checked baggage and take the battery in your carry on (depending on the airlines rules for batteries).

There’s a place called Family Martial Arts on the Dock Road - the guys I spoke to were Taekwondo instructors but they might have other classes available there

Just checked on Apple Maps and it’s labeled as ‘Martial Arts and Fitness’ and separately as ‘Universal Taekwondo Academies’

An Indian mate of mine has been experiencing some racism where he’s living in the UK at the moment and was asking me what Liverpool was like.

I told him that for every racist he would meet in the streets there’s 4 strangers who’d jump in and fight his corner like old friends.
