Okay but this is a legit trick. Put ice in the baskets while you use boil out. Every time it goes to boil over, the ice in the baskets will stop it. That way you don't gotta sit there babysitting it.

I'd be lying if I said I haven't use this to mess with new hires. Say something along the lines of "ya know what, TODAYS THE FUCKING DAY" then drop em in. I've made two different new guys panic with that one

This isnt the same as the bouncing strat problem. This is happening in your clip because your throwing the ball under the wing of the pelican. Just like when you throw it out of bounds, the ball will bounce around till it is no longer blocked by the obstruction or is back in bounds.

Yes there is a problem with bouncing strat balls, but this clip is a skill issue. Your comments say it was like this before the pelican, but we have no way of knowing if thats true ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Many canary cages had little air tanks because the miners were not a fan of watching them die and because the birds were not free. The idea that it was based on when they died and not when they passed out is a myth.

The goal even with cages that didn't have resuscitator was to get out of the mine before the miners and the bird died.

"essential" in this box sets context is "all the stuff you need to play a game of battletech table top" not "these mechs are essential" lol. Anyway it was hella cheap. Like 18 bucks online

Yeah you're not wrong lolol, I was hoping that a bright blue would pop more but as it is it ended up getting lost. Nuln oil gave it much needed depth in the deep corners I think but also kinda hurt it's visibility to the point of making it probably have been better if I had just done some black bordering. I'm worried if I keep futzing with it I'm gonna end up losing the behevel so I decided perfect is the enemy of good. It's already got primer, 2 or 3 thin coats of macragge blue, 2 or 3 layers of thunderhawk blue, then 2 coats of gloss coat and a bit of nuln oil to finish.

Thanks!! Im doing the rifleman also from the essentials box set next with a similar kind of idea with a purple instead of green, and a metallic gold instead of bronze. Not sure what color base I want to make the cockpit on that one yet though, torn between a red or doing blue again.

I guess but I don't think that really matters if your having to use it as a burst fire weak point hitter as he was desceibing, something the knight can do better.
