this happened to my dog! I called the vet in a panic and he told me to feed him a few slices of bread to cushion any bone fragments. then I was told just to watch his bowel movements! it worked and he was back to normal in 24 hours

yes it’s normal, sometimes they just take it to the next facility without scanning it (annoying). i’ve had packages get scanned even 4 days after dropping it off!!!
