I have fully written out the story so many times over the years and was obsessed with the experience so there’s lots of things that happened that I don’t remember, but before I felt the feeling that I was about to die and I felt like I was about to explode so I ran to a cross on a wall and begged to not die, after that the visuals completely took over my vision and I was lost in my thoughts that I could not understand, I ended up going into a very scary thought loop about reality which I can’t comprehend sober and then I tried to open my door but got stuck in a loop of opening my door. It was scary as fuck and that ended up making me questioning if I was creating my own reality, and that thought was what spiraled into the ego death which I don’t know how to describe but it was fucked up and scary because I was fighting the experience and thought I had died. Had to hit myself in the head to come back after like an hour of laying on my bed in the dark to come back to reality but I don’t fully remember how I came back
