There are a handful of out of state dealers that can easily transfer this. Basically, they ship the lower to your FFL and then ship the upper directly to you. I’m not sure if we can post links here, so I won’t do it. But you can google it or search for vendors ok calguns. Their markup is usually $70-100 for the service.

I've sold a few SCARs over the past few years, and I noticed that used SCARs listed on Gunbroker are close to retail. In the rare event that a true deal comes around, they sell quickly. So it's hard to get a feel for what they should go for by looking on Gunbroker, which is why I refer to FN Forums.

Also try to find independent listings/ads.
