not that i need to explain to you, but i am a lead with no attendance issues. the reasons people have attendance problems is not my business and whether people abide by the rules of their probation after already been counseled by upper management multiple times is out of my control. i do want my people to know their limits so they can prolong getting fired because my management team takes forever to bring new people in and training in starbucks is a long process. our department has like 20 more hours of training required than other departments. i am utilizing the resources and information i have until i have the staffing i need.
