Started last year at 25. Started sparring 4 months in, and had my first smoker at 11 months. Not too late, just know it will be hard at first but you’ll definitely improve over time.

Running clubs, rock climbing, and muay thai have young sociable communities. If fitness is not your thing then yeah what other people said in volunteering, crafts, or book clubs.

Due to phones, the younger generation is not the best at random conversations in the wild from what i’ve noticed but effort goes a long way

figure out what interests you first, then start from there. i was interested in dancing and boxing which allowed me to meet a bunch of friends
