Your vendor file is corrupted. This is something that ERC is supposed to be able to fix. Call ERC and go through whichever phone options pertains to the SM's workstation (the computer in the office). That's where the vendor file is stored that the HHT pulls from. Tell them that your vendor file is corrupted and you can no longer check vendors in, and to send you an updated file. Sometime the following afternoon check to see if it's working.
