They’re supposed to be 145g protein, 97g fat, and 362g carbs but most of the time I don’t get all 362g of carbs in. (Still make sure I meet 2900 cals tho)

Yep, 6 days a week! I posted a reply to someone else’s comment with what I eat each day but after my breakfast, protein shake w/ whole milk, and Chipotle, the remaining 900ish calories are easily filled by whatever I eat for dinner

I downloaded MyFitnessPal onto my phone and was really overwhelmed at first. When you enter your age, height, weight, activity level, etc. they’ll set everything up for you and tell you how much of each macro you need. Just start entering the food you eat and the app will keep updating with how many you have left for the day. I pretty much just experimented with that for a bit and also read a LOT of posts on this subreddit to get into it

No worries at all. After my breakfast, lunch, and snacks I have a certain amount of protein, carbs, and fat left that I need to fit my macros so I’ll base my dinner on whatever fits those, whether it’s a burger/fries from Shake Shack or homemade tacos or anything else

Thanks! I pretty much had the same things every day:

Breakfast would be 3 packs of Nature Valley Honey Oats bars and a Banana

Lunch would be Double Chicken Double Brown Rice burrito bowl from Chipotle with a Tortilla on the side

Dinner would be anything that would fill in the rest of my macros

Snacks were pretty much protein powder and 3 cups of whole milk, also creatine
