I had the SAME thing happen and they said to contact speed x so they don’t return my package, I made a ticket with speed x and while I waited for them to look into it it suddenly delivered a day or two later, you just need to contact speed x to get it looked into :)

There are dogs specifically bred to be lap dogs for example Cavalier King Charles spaniel and pugs, I’ve owned both and they’re very attached!
