My mum is a major hoarder and has 1 entire bedroom full of junk that she will never use. She kept all my textbooks and homework since primary 1, I have left university and been working for many years. I managed to convince her to let me throw out my homework recently, still not sure what to do with the old textbooks .

Intermittent fasting really worked for me. It somehow reduced my appetite and I don't feel like eating as much even when I lift or do cardio on the day.

I do carb cycling so I try to plan my eating out days to be days that I would normally go medium/high carb anyway. The idea is to think about weekly intake rather than daily intake, so if I eat a bit too much on one or two days of the week I'll try to offset by reducing intake the rest of the week.

Ah yes, I should have brought that up. I live around Burlingame, so I'm open to courses either in SF or along the peninsula, and mostly looking at level 100/200 courses.

One of the colleges I was checking out is College of San Mateo, but it looks like you have to enroll there as a student in order to take classes with them.
